A: There is an adjustable switch on the back of the power supply. If the input voltage in your area is 110V, please turn the switch to 115V to use it. If the input voltage in your area is 220V, please turn the switch to 230V to use it. The factory default value of power input voltage is adjusted to 230V. (Please remember not to adjust it wrong, otherwise it will burn out the power supply).
