By accessing or using avumgmt.ca or purchasing from AVU, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and any other posted guidelines.
2. Services & Products
AVU provides construction, restoration and retail services. Product listings, descriptions and prices are subject to change. We aim to keep product information accurate; if an error occurs, we will contact you and provide options.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are an offer to purchase. AVU reserves the right to accept or decline orders. Payment must be received before fulfilment. We use third-party payment processors; AVU does not retain full card data when you pay via hosted/tokenized integrations. You must provide accurate billing and shipping details.
4. Pricing, taxes & duties
Prices shown are in CAD and include applicable Canadian sales taxes where indicated. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes on shipments outside covered areas (AVU ships within Canada only).
5. Shipping & delivery
Shipping policies and timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. AVU is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

7. Intellectual property
All site content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by AVU or licensed to AVU. You may not reproduce site content without permission.
8. User content & reviews
If you submit photos, reviews or content, you grant AVU a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional purposes.
9. Limitation of liability & disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVU’s liability for direct damages arising from product purchase or services is limited to the purchase price paid. AVU is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify AVU from claims arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or your negligence.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia unless otherwise required by law.
12. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms; changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
